Leverhulme Early Career Researcher
Anna is an inter-disciplinary social scientist researching sustainable food production at the Department of Geography, University of Sheffield. Her current Leverhulme Trust funded project focuses on soil, and the role that scientific and farmer knowledges can play in creating sustainable food futures from the field up. She is the founder of the Soil Care Network which bridges disciplinary boundaries to further societally relevant soil research. Anna has a long track record of interdisciplinary work including collaborations with soil scientists, engineers, physicists, and architects.
