Sustainable Food Adviser- The Food Domain
I joined the University of Sheffield in 2013, as a PhD student at the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR), Section of Public Health. My PhD project adopted a mixed method research approach to explore the determinants of dietary behaviour among Ghanaians living in Europe. Prior to starting my PhD, I worked as a Research Assistant at the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research, Ghana. I am currently a Research Associate at ScHARR and work on two projects exploring dietary transition in Ghana and Kenya.
